i tiink the paper ok la.
if nv mark strict i think i can get NEAR pass.

went backk to corps.
was time for final parade for normal training.
hmmm.
was rather disappointed wit some ppl.
cos they are suppose to be the ones tt guide the current NCOs, the ppl tt i could depend on..
but they are doin things like tuckin out!
the officers tt were present for trainin TOLD them to tuck in IN THE MORNING.
but somehow the shirts got legs, came out by itself huh.
as i am not in uniform , so i asked the officers to tell.
i thot this type of probs i will only get frm those naughty ones.
now its frm this group of ppl tt is suppose to be GOOD.
then the kids also not up to standard la..*shake heads*
talked to my tics, they said out one thing i find it rather true,
"the NCOs standard also not there, of cos that the standard of our normal kids"
so if i wan things to move on then i got to start frm my NCOs.
but do i have the time to go back ? - i don think soo.
so what can i do? - think of solutions and ask my tics to implement, the only way i guess.

CT training.
did HN wit the nursings.
i think still hav much more room for improvement.
i feel tt somethings are really common sense.
but yups, i don believe they don hav common sense.
perhaps they are jus not focusing tt why.
find tt this year CT is like really a challenge.
till this moment some team is still havin attendance prob.
PROMISE are meant to be KEPT!
DON WANNA KEEP IT THEN DON MAKE THE PROMISE.
not interested in such shit.
how could u do this to a teacher tt have so much faith in u?

stomach not feelin tt fabulous so did go for sat training.

2 week IMH! (7am hougang for morning shift , wat a torture!)
2 weeks KKH ( see sick kids, wonder how will it feel.. :x )
then HK then FAC le.
