when u make a choice, face the consequences, don be like a coward and give all sort of excuses! i don believe a young adult donno tt 38 panadol is overdose! but whatever la. joke of the day!! alien de pants was stain with blood which look like he has mens! LOL! i cant stop laughing man!:P lucky he is able to wash it off. if not i wonder how he is going to do home! anw, i love my attachment group! we always laugh all the way walking to the bustop!(: i really enjoy their company!:D shock of my life!! some unknown ppl made a mistake, writing the wrong order. which almost made me give the wrong feeding. here the story... i went to doubt comfirm the order b4 giving the 5pm feeding to my pt. then realise there is a change in order. i was puzzled when i saw the order. cos the morning staff did not told us there was a change in order when we were passing report. so i went to doubt check and comfirm wit the incharge and there wasn't a change in order. so happily i went to feed my pt, i also did the 8pm feeding. aft i finish doing the 8pm feeding, my ssn called me over and ask me abt the feeding. she say there is a change. my heart stopped... and explain tt i did dount comfirm with the incharge b4 i feed. so we done tracing back, we realise someone wrote the wrong order. so we change the order to the right wan. i was happy tt i am not a blur sotong and followed the order blindly.(: cos it can be fatal as my pt is a renal case. a great lesson learnt! :D i know tt is my weakness. i am sorry to make the mistake. I PROMISE I WILL CHANGE! thx for telling me the mistake sir! (: Notepaper.
