ME: i am very emotional..i feel upset when i see my patient cry..am i suitable to be a nurse?? MY CI:there is no such thing as suitable or not.in fact u if a nurse don feel for the patient , the nurse is not a nurse le.its good tat u feel for ur patients.at least ur heart is rite.so don worry so much ok?jus walk away if u cannot take it. this is part of my conversation with my CI..cos ytd n tdy i saw my patient cry n i really feel very heartpain..and started to hav doubts if i am really suitable to be a nurse..cos as a nurse i cant be so emotional.and these words frm my CI really mean alot can.other than the fact tat she is consoling me,its words frm some1 who is a NURSE, the person tat fully understand how i feel totally..thank u CI!(: aft the talk wit CI i decided to pull myself tgt n get on wit my duties.and i recieve many THANK YOU frm my patients n their relatives.(: and these THANK YOU mean alot to me..(: its something i nv expect to get.. and i am able to perform my duties wit relatives around!(: this is a great achievement for me(: tml is morning shift !!! and tdy afternoon... but nvm.. i believe i will learn smthing jus tat i mayb a little tired!
